What we collect
When you submit a calculator's lead form, we collect the name, email, and (optional) phone you provide, plus any context payload built by the calculator (e.g. the home price you entered). All other tools run client-side and don't transmit data to the server.
How we use it
Lead submissions are routed to a licensed mortgage broker in your service area, drawn from a vetted partner network. The broker contacts you about a quote. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not currently set advertising cookies. Production deployments may add first-party analytics (e.g. Plausible, Fathom), update this section before launch.
Your rights
California residents can request deletion of their submitted information by emailing the contact on the contact page. Replace this paragraph with the precise CCPA / GDPR / state-specific language your jurisdiction requires.
